Cancellation Policy

1. Booking and Payment All bookings must be made in advance through our official booking system or authorized contact number. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the slot. Payments can be made via UPI or other available digital methods. Bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable, except in cases of cancellation by the academy. 2. Slot Timings and Duration Court bookings are available in hourly slots only. Players are requested to arrive 5–10 minutes early to ensure timely start. Exceeding booked time may result in additional charges or denial of extended play, depending on availability. 3. Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the booked slot to be eligible for rescheduling. No refunds will be given for no-shows or last-minute cancellations. In case of unavoidable circumstances (e.g., maintenance issues or rain for open-air courts), users will be offered rescheduling. 4. Code of Conduct Players must wear non-marking shoes and appropriate sports attire. Spitting, smoking, or consuming alcohol inside the premises is strictly prohibited. Any damage to property or equipment will be charged to the player responsible. The academy reserves the right to refuse entry or cancel a booking in case of misconduct. 5. Safety and Liability Players use the facility at their own risk. Rajans Badminton Akademy is not liable for any injuries, lost items, or personal belongings. First aid will be available at the academy, but it is the player’s responsibility to seek medical attention if required. 7. Coaching and Group Play Pay and Play bookings are for individual or group games only, not for personal coaching unless authorized. Group size must be limited to maximum 6 players per court, unless otherwise approved. 8. Management Rights The academy management reserves the right to: Cancel or reschedule bookings. Modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Deny service to individuals violating these terms.
