Cancellation & Refunds

Effective Date: 01/06/2025

We understand that plans may change. Please review our cancellation and refund policy:

1. Court Bookings

  • Cancellation more than 24 hours before slot: 100% refund or rescheduling allowed.

  • Cancellation within 24 hours: No refund. Rescheduling subject to management approval.

2. Coaching Fees

  • Fees are non-refundable once the batch begins.

  • Partial refund possible only if cancellation is requested before the first session and with valid reason.

  • In case of medical emergencies, requests will be considered case-by-case.

3. Tournament Entry

  • Entry fees are non-refundable unless the tournament is canceled by RBA.

  • No refund for no-shows or disqualifications due to rule violations.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original mode of payment.

Terms &  Conditions

By booking a court, enrolling for coaching, or participating in any event at Rajans Badminton Akademy (RBA), you agree to the following terms:

1. Bookings

  • All court bookings must be made online or via authorized platforms.

  • Advance payment is required to confirm your slot.

  • Users must arrive on time; late arrival may reduce your playtime.

2. Coaching

  • Coaching batches are scheduled monthly or quarterly.

  • Fees must be paid before the session begins.

  • Attendance is the student’s responsibility; no make-up sessions unless otherwise specified.

3. Conduct

  • Users are expected to behave respectfully on the premises.

  • Any form of misconduct or damage to property may result in suspension or expulsion without refund.

  • Sports shoes and appropriate gear are mandatory.

4. Liability

  • RBA is not responsible for personal injuries, lost belongings, or delays due to weather or technical issues.

  • Use of the premises is at your own risk.

5. Changes

RBA reserves the right to modify court schedules, coaching times, or these terms at any time.
